Transfesa Logistics, specialised in door-to-door logistics and freight solutions, joins the #EstoNOtienequePARAR (Do NOT STOP)initiative.

This initiative, backed by more than 3,000 companies of all sizes that support the different productive sectors of the country, aims to publicly recognise, value and support all companies, their workers and entrepreneurs who, at the moment, are doing what they can so that the wheel of the Spanish economy does not stop spinning.
Transfesa Logistics is aligned with this initiative that seeks to create the necessary conditions so that, when this passes, our country will take off economically and socially at a faster pace. It continues its activity in order to offer the best service to customers and thus maintain supply chains, while also focusing on guaranteeing the provision of basic necessities to the population.

In addition to this, the group has made all its resources available to the authorities and public institutions to help combat the pandemic. Since the beginning of the public health crisis, the Transfesa Logistics team has carried out numerous solidarity initiatives with different groups. These include, for example, the transport of material from different points to the IFEMA field hospital; the disinfection of public service vehicles with ozone equipment in its mechanical workshop in Alcorcón or the storage space in Alcalá de Henares made available to Madrid’s Food Bank and reinforcement in the distribution of these provisions. Likewise, the train drivers have also given some recommendations to the population on how to cope with the confinement, since this profession is used to working alone.

In this context of full collaboration, it is now also joining the “#EstoNOtienequePARAR” (Do NOT STOP) project, which already includes more than 3,000 companies. Transfesa Logistics’ CEO Bernd Hullerum explains that this membership is very necessary, since “we will only get out of this situation if we push together. We in the business sector must continue our activity following all the health recommendations, add resources, and join forces so that the economy takes off. ”

Transfesa Logistics also would like to take advantage of this communication to appeal to the entire supply chain to join this campaign and thus walk together and advance with the joint work of the industrial fabric and the whole of society.
