We are committed to our company obligations in relation to the values and respect for internal principles and guidelines, as well as commitments to our stakeholders.

The Transfesa Logistics Code of Conduct calls for respect for the principles, values and internal guidelines applicable to all company employees, as well as our commitment to regulatory compliance. It defines our business orientation and the standards for good corporate governance and stakeholder contact in our daily activities.

Customer orientation, cost-effectiveness, progress, cooperation and responsibility are the code’s core elements, which regulate our day-to-day business. This Code, which must be complied with, is based on Transfesa Logistics’ solid business model, and on the commitment to carry out its commercial activity with total ethical and legal correctness.

We also encourage our business partners to introduce their own ethical principles comparable to ours, based on internationally agreed values, and we expect them to be guided in their respective activities by applicable laws, guidelines and standards and to avoid conflicts of interest.

We therefore ask you to adhere to our Code of Conduct for Business Partners. Download the current version of the Code of Conduct for Business Partners

The criminal liability of legal persons has been incorporated into the Spanish legal system and the Criminal Code includes the need to implement a criminal prevention model in companies for specific crimes. The objective of the model is to structure a system of prevention against possible criminal conduct, which will improve existing controls and allow for the implementation of new surveillance and control measures.

Thus, Transfesa Logistics has implemented a preventive model and published the Criminal Prevention Policy, which is applicable to all company employees and third parties associated with the company. This policy expresses Transfesa Logistics’ commitment to compliance with the law, and briefly outlines the offences for which a company may be criminally liable in Spain.

Transfesa Logistics ensures integrity and compliance, i.e. Compliance. The law and internal regulations indicate that we must act with integrity in our actions as employees of our company.

All employees, partners and stakeholders must be aware of our obligations and act with diligence, integrity and transparency. As part of this commitment and in order to prevent, detect and manage possible non-compliance, Transfesa Logistics has set up a series of information and complaint channels. These include:

E-mail: compliance@transfesa.com
